DERECHO A LA VIVIENDA EN EL PERÚ

RESUMEN: El artículo busca empapar al lector sobre el tema del derecho a la vivienda en el estado peruano, derecho fundamental de toda persona, el cual se encuentra reconocido en la declaración Universal de Derecho Humanos y tácitamente se encuentra en “reconocido” en la Constitución Política del Perú.

ABSTRACT: The article seeks to imbue the reader on the subject of the right to housing in the Peruvian state, a fundamental right of every person, which is recognized in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and tacitly is in "recognized" in the Constitution Peru.
