INNOVACIÓN EN EL SECTOR PÚBLICO Y COOPERACIÓN PÚBLICO PRIVADA PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE LAS BRECHAS DE INFRAESTRUCTURA EN LAS REGIONES

RESUMEN: El artículo busca dar a conocer al lector la importancia que viene cobrando en nuestro país la promoción de la inversión privada que deben llevar a cabo tanto el gobierno nacional como los gobiernos subnacionales, todo ello en el marco de la “Ley de Promoción de la Inversión Privada” que para el caso peruano entro en vigencia en el año 2008 y en una coyuntura de menores recursos públicos disponibles para la inversión; así mismo se detallan y explican algunas acciones puntuales que ha venido llevando a cabo la Gerencia Regional de Promoción de la Inversión Privada del Gobierno Regional de Arequipa desde su creación y como ello viene contribuyendo al desarrollo económico regional.

ABSTRACT: The article seeks to make known to the reader the importance that is being given  in our country to the promotion of private investment that must be carried out by both the national government and subnational governments, all within the framework of the "Law on Promotion of Private Investment "that for the Peruvian case entered into force in 2008 and in a background with less public resources available for investment; in the same fashion details and some specific explaining actions that have been carried out by the Regional Department of Promotion of Private Investment of the Regional Government of Arequipa since its inception and its contribution to regional economic development.
