RELACIÓN ENTRE LA APLICACIÓN DE LA METODOLOGÍA DOCENTE Y EL DESARROLLO DE LAS HABILIDADES DE INVESTIGACIÓN EN LOS ESTUDIANTES DE DERECHO DE UNA UNIVERSIDAD PRIVADA DE AREQUIPA

RESUMEN: La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la metodología de enseñanza y el desarrollo de habilidades de investigación en los estudiantes de Derecho de una universidad privada de Arequipa. Su enfoque fue cuantitativo, de nivel relacional y de diseño no experimental; se trabajó con 104 estudiantes y se aplicó la técnica de encuesta a través de Cuestionarios. Los resultados fueron:

Existe una relación inversa entre los métodos pasivos (expositivos y reproductivos) usados por los docentes, con el desarrollo de las habilidades de investigación en los estudiantes, de grado moderada y fuerte, respectivamente (rs= -0,571: -0,758); así, a mayor uso de los métodos pasivos menor desarrollo de las habilidades investigativas. Entre el uso de los métodos dialecticos y activos con el desarrollo de las habilidades investigativas existe una relación positiva fuerte (rs=0,773 y rs=0,786, respectivamente); así, a mayor uso de estos métodos mayor desarrollo de dichas habilidades. Y es muy fuerte la relación entre el uso de los métodos de investigación y el desarrollo de las habilidades investigativas (rs=0,0915) es positiva muy fuerte la relación entre Se concluyo en que: Es significativamente  inversa la relación entre los métodos expositivos y reproductivos usados por los docentes con el desarrollo de las habilidades de investigación en los estudiantes; es significativamente directa  la relación entre el uso de métodos dialecticos y activos con el desarrollo de las habilidades investigativas; y es significativamente  muy fuerte la relación entre los métodos de investigación y el desarrollo de las habilidades de investigación.

ABSTRACT: The objective of the research was to determine the relationship that exists between the teaching methodology and the development of research skills in law students at a private university in Arequipa. Between the use of dialectical and active methods with the development of investigative skills there is a strong positive relationship (rs=0.673 and rs=0.786, respectively); Thus, the greater the use of these methods, the greater the development of these skills. And the relationship between the use of research methods and the development of investigative skills is very strong (rs=0.0912), the relationship between the relationship between expository methods and reproductive materials used by teachers with the development of research skills in students; The relationship between the use of dialectical and active methods with the development of investigative skills is significantly direct; and the relationship between research methods and the development of research skills is significantly very strong.
