RESUMEN: El presente artículo versa sobre el desarrollo de las Tecnologías de la Información aplicadas al mundo del Derecho, y el compromiso del Gobierno Peruano por incluirlas dentro de la administración pública para un mejor desarrollo de sus políticas, y un mejor alcance a estos servicios por parte de la población. Además, el compromiso del Gobierno por disminuir la brecha digital en la cual el Perú está inmerso, a fin de llevar una política de inclusión tecnológica.

ABSTRACT: This article deals with the development of Information Technologies applied to the world of Law, and the commitment of the Peruvian Government to include them within the public administration for a better development of its policies, and a better scope of these services by the population. In addition, the commitment of the Government to reduce the digital gap in which Peru is immersed, in order to carry out a policy of technological inclusion.
