NIVELES DE DEPRESIÓN Y ANSIEDAD EN EL PERSONAL DE SALUD VACUNADO CONTRA EL COVID 19 DEL HOSPITAL DE APOYO CAMANÁ-AREQUIPA 2021

RESUMEN: La presente investigación tiene como objetivo identificar la presencia de Depresión y Ansiedad, según el Inventario de Beck, en el personal de salud vacunado contra el covid19 del Hospital de Apoyo Camaná-Arequipa 2021. Se realizó un trabajo de investigación cuantitativa, descriptiva observacional-prospectivo de corte transversal, de correlación. La población de estudio comprendió 84 trabajadores de salud asistencial de Hospital de Apoyo Camaná que cumplieron con los criterios de selección. Para determinar la relación entre las variables se aplicó la prueba de chi cuadrado con un nivel de significancia del 5%.

El 96.34% del personal presentaron bajo nivel de ansiedad, seguido del 3.66% con ansiedad moderada; con respecto a la depresión el 73.17% no presentaron depresión, seguido del 20.73% con depresión leve, el 3.66% tuvieron depresión intermitente, mientras que solo el 2.44% con depresión moderada. Después de cruzar las variables depresión y ansiedad con las características sociodemográficas y laborales se determinó que no existe relación estadística significativa (P>0.05), excepto en la relación existente entre ansiedad y servicio, estado civil con la depresión.

Como conclusión, se aceptó la hipótesis alterna ya que se comprobó que el personal de salud asistencial vacunado contra el covid19 del Hospital de Apoyo Camaná- Arequipa 2021, tenga ansiedad y depresión.

ABSTRACT: This research aims to identify the presence of Depression and Anxiety, according to the Beck Inventory, in health personnel vaccinated against covid19 at Hospital de Apoyo Camaná-Arequipa 2021. A quantitative, descriptive-observational-prospective study was carried out. cross-sectional, correlation. The study population comprised 88 healthcare workers from Hospital de Apoyo Camaná who met the selection criteria. To determine the relationship between the variables, the chi-square test was applied with a significance level of 5%.
The 96.34% of the personnel presented a low level of anxiety, followed by 3.66% with moderate anxiety; Regarding depression, 73.17% had normal depression, followed by 20.73% with mild depression, 3.66% had intermittent depression, while only 2.44% with moderate depression. After crossing the depression and anxiety variables with the sociodemographic and work characteristics, it was determined that there is no statistically significant relationship (P> 0.05), except in the relationship between anxiety and service, marital status with depression.

Conclusion the alternative hypothesis was accepted since it was verified that the health care personnel vaccinated against covid19 at the Hospital de Apoyo Camaná-Arequipa 2021, have anxiety and depression.
