RESUMEN: El derecho es la mejor forma de regulación de las conductas humanas de aquellas personas que se desenvuelven dentro de una sociedad determinada , es así que desde mi perspectiva y óptica personal, para ser un buen abogado no solo se requiere aprender de derecho , normas jurídicas , jurisprudencia y cuerpos legales, sino también se necesita estudiar otras ciencias o disciplinas del conocimiento o saber humano, como puede ser literatura, estudiar economía , saber de historia, conocer de política , escuchar buena música , viajar por el mundo y como en este caso conocer y aprender del cine, que es uno de los temas de fondo de este artículo. Al conocer diferentes rubros del conocimiento humano, no solo vamos a ser mejores abogados sino también mejores personas, ya que no nos limitaremos a solo saber de teoría y normas jurídicas, sino que tendremos una visión más integral de cómo es la vida en general y de que muchas veces las normas jurídicas , tienen su asidero en situaciones históricas, literarias y a veces tienen un correlato practico con obras cinematográficas, en donde se nos muestra de manera muy clara y sobre todo práctica, como es que funcionan las leyes de un país y de cómo es que se mueve el aparato judicial estatal para resolver determinados conflictos de intereses , que se pueden dar entre dos o más personas. Es por eso, que en esta oportunidad desarrollaré el tema del derecho y cine, que viene a ser una corriente contemporánea del derecho, donde se reflexiona sobre diferentes obras cinematográficas y de cómo estas se relacionan con la conducta humana y en especial con el Derecho, para luego vincularlo con el tema de la empresa familiar. Siendo la película “ El Padrino” una de las mejores películas rodadas en la historia del cine, ganadora de innumerables galardones y cuya historia se basa en la novela literaria del mismo nombre del escritor Mario Puzo, es en esta película filmada de manera magistral , donde se verifica diferentes situaciones jurídico económicas de esta familia italoamericana , que guardan estrecha relación con el Derecho , la familia y la empresa, asimismo debo señalar de manera expresa que la película El Padrino, es una excelente película por toda la puesta en escena y las actuaciones soberbias, sin embargo se tiene que tener presente que todo emprendimiento empresarial que se debe realizar en la vida, jamás debe tener una connotación ilegal o contraria a la ley, puesto que en mi caso al ser abogado debo velar por la legalidad , la ética y la moralidad de lo que yo haga o las personas realicen en su vida y por eso jamás se deben constituir empresas para actividades ilegales, en consecuencia la película El Padrino, solo ha servido de apoyo para este artículo, para enseñar de manera didáctica y pedagógica los temas de cómo es una empresa familiar , cuáles son sus valores y su misión empresarial, pero no para tomarse como guía para hacer un negocio contrario a la ley, lo cual debe rechazarse tajantemente.

ABSTRACT: The law is the best form of regulation of human behavior of those people who operate within a given society, so from my perspective and personal perspective, to be a good lawyer is not only required to learn law, legal standards, jurisprudence and legal bodies, but also need to study other sciences or disciplines of knowledge or human knowledge, such as literature, study economics, history knowledge, know politics, listen to good music, travel the world and as in this case know and learn from cinema, which is one of the underlying themes of this article. By knowing different areas of human knowledge, we will not only be better lawyers but also better people, since we will not limit ourselves to just knowing about theory and legal norms, but we will have a more integral vision of what life is like in general and that many times legal norms have their foothold in historical, literary situations and sometimes have a practical correlation with cinematographic works, where we are shown in a very clear and above all practical way, how the laws of a country and of how is it that the state judicial apparatus moves to resolve certain conflicts of interest, which can occur between two or more people. That is why, on this occasion, I will develop the subject of law and cinema, which is a contemporary trend of law, where we reflect on different cinematographic works and how they relate to human behavior and especially to the Law, to then link it with the theme of the family business. Being the movie "The Godfather" one of the best films shot in the history of cinema, winner of innumerable awards and whose story is based on the literary novel of the same name by the writer Mario Puzo, is in this film filmed in a masterly manner, where It verifies different legal economic situations of this Italian-American family, which are closely related to law, family and business, I must also expressly point out that the movie The Godfather is an excellent film for all the staging and performances superb, however it must be borne in mind that any entrepreneurial venture that should be carried out in life, should never have an illegal connotation or contrary to the law, since in my case to be a lawyer I must ensure the legality, ethics and the morality of what I do or people do in their life and that is why companies should never be constituted for illegal activities, in The movie The Godfather, has only served as support for this article, to teach in a didactic and pedagogical way the topics of how a family business is, what are its values ​​and its business mission, but not to be taken as a guide to do business contrary to the law, which must be rejected outright.
